1. About these terms
This website is operated by Clear & Clarity Co. ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you browse our store or buy a product from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our products
We sell digital products, such as printable and fillable PDF guides, planners and workbooks, delivered by download. No physical item is shipped. We describe each product as accurately as we can, but screens and printers vary, so colours and layout may look slightly different when printed.

3. General information only
Our products are general information and organising tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance or other professional advice. They do not replace a will or any other legal document, and they do not create a professional relationship of any kind. Laws, rules and services change over time and differ between countries and states. Always speak to a qualified professional before making decisions about legal documents, your estate, your finances, your health or insurance.

4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed with an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order ourselves before you receive the download, we will not keep your payment.

5. Delivery and access
After payment you will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Please download and save your files promptly. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we will help.

6. Licence to use
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own personal and household use. You may share copies with family members or other people who are helping you use it, for example a person you have named to handle your affairs or a relative who shares the care of a parent. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post or upload the product to file-sharing sites. You also may not sublicense it, or use it or any part of it for commercial purposes (including as part of a paid service or product), without our written permission. All content, designs and text remain our intellectual property.

7. All sales are final
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, as set out in our Refund Policy. By completing your purchase, you ask us to give you immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once the download has started, to the extent permitted by the law where you live. If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, contact us and we will help you access it.

8. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the general information in our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
