All sales are final
Clear & Clarity Co. sells digital products: downloadable PDF files delivered instantly after payment. No physical item is shipped. Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Immediate access
By completing your purchase, you ask us to give you access to the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel the purchase once the download has started, to the extent permitted by the law where you live.

Before you buy
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. It explains what is included, the file format (PDF), the page size (US Letter, printable on A4 using "fit to page") and how the product can be used.

Download problems
If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, email hello@clearandclarityco.com with your order number and we will help you get access. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
