Digital products only
Clear & Clarity Co. sells digital products only: downloadable PDF files. No physical items are shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you receive your order
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page straight after payment and is also sent to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery is instant, worldwide.

If your link doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email hello@clearandclarityco.com with your order number and we will send it again. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Customs, duties and taxes
Because nothing is shipped, there are no customs fees or import duties. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.
