Leave your family a map, not a locked door.
Everything Online, Sorted is a 39-page fillable workbook that records your accounts, devices and wishes, and shows you the safe way to pass on access, without writing a single password down.

Your life moved online. Your plan didn't.
Most families only discover what's missing on the day they need it most.
The phone nobody can open
Every photo, bank app and security code sits behind a passcode only you know.
Accounts no one knew about
Subscriptions keep charging, and old email accounts hold the keys to everything else.
A password notebook in a drawer
It feels organised, but one lost bag exposes every account, and it's out of date within months.
Profiles left to chance
Memorialise, delete or hand over? Nobody knows what you'd want for your social media.
Locked out by two-step codes
Security codes keep strangers out, and your family too, unless they know where the codes go.
Settings you never switched on
Apple, Google, Facebook and TikTok all offer legacy settings. Most people have never seen them.

Most password books give you blank lines. This one shows you how to pass on access without putting every account at risk.

Before you buy
Do I write my passwords in it?
No, and that's the point. You record where each password is kept (your password manager, or a sealed envelope with your will), plus hints only your family would understand. If the workbook is ever lost, it's a map, not a set of keys.
Is this a physical book?
No. It's a 39-page digital PDF you download straight after checkout. Fill it in on screen or print the pages you need.
Can I fill it in on my computer, tablet or phone?
Yes. Every box is a fillable field that works in Adobe Acrobat, Mac Preview and most PDF apps. Keep your saved copy somewhere secure, like an encrypted folder or your password manager.
Which countries is it for?
It's an international edition. The vault pages work anywhere, and the country notes cover the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
What size are the pages?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). It also prints on A4 if you choose "fit to page" in your print settings.
Is this legal advice?
No. It's general information and an organising tool, and it doesn't replace a will. To make your wishes legally binding, speak to a solicitor or attorney where you live.
Can I share it with my family?
Yes, share it with the people helping you, such as your partner or the person you've named to handle your affairs. Please don't resell or post the file publicly.
Start with the one-hour pass today.
By tonight, the person you trust most will know exactly where to start if they ever need to.
